Bollywood star, National Award winner and part of the stellar cast of the Academy Award Winning film Slumdog Millionaire – Saurabh Shukla after successful USA tour with his much-acclaimed play 2 To Tango,3 To jive  is going to celebrate its 100th show on 20th May in Mumbai at TATA Theatre, NCPA.

What happens when the proverbial midlife crises knock and then barges through the doors of Parminder Singh Sethi’s mundane existence? Caught between continuing with his monotonous life and the enticing prospect of turning things around; this comedy-drama play chronicles Parminder’s journey as it ebbs and flows with practical, comic, ambivalent, confusing and passionate tides on a stage.

Each of us has a different way of dealing with a crisis. But how does Parminder, tangled in the web of mixed emotions and vexed choices, deal with his midlife crisis? And what happens when three women enter the picture… complications galore or does his life take another twist? For better or for worse!

What’s guaranteed is that these flaming personalities on stage when thrown together in the cauldron of life turn up the heat… leaving things more complex than ever… truly it takes… 2 To Tango 3 To Jive.

Saurabh Shukla:

Saurabh Shukla is an Indian film and television actor, director and screenwriter.

1996 Shukla was won the Best Supporting Actor’s award in Videocon screen Cine award, for his astonishing performance as a cold-blooded killer in ISS RAAT KI SUBAH NAHI directed by Sudhir Mishra 

Shukla’s biggest break came when he co-wrote the script for Ram Gopal Varma’s 1998 cult classic Satya and essayed the role of gangster Kallu Mama in the film. He won the Star Screen Award for Best Screenplay for the same film.

In 2003, he wrote the screenplay for Calcutta Mail and won the Zee Cine Award for Best Screenplay in 2008. Shukla is also the recipient of RAPA award for the Best Direction in 2001.

He acted in his first international film, the Golden Globe, and Academy Award winning Slumdog Millionaire, as the character Constable Srinivas. Shukla has directed 3 television features and five feature films. His film RAAT GAYEE BAAT GAYEE won the Audience’s Choice Best Film Award in SAIFF, New York, USA, in 2009. In 2014, he won the National Film Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in Jolly LLB.

Sadiya Siddiqui

Sadiya Siddiqui is an Indian film and television actress was born in India. She appeared in films Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa as Nikki, Uff: Yeh Mohabbat as Chicklet, in serial Hitler as Priya, Kali Salwaar as Sultana, Raghu Romeo as Sweety, Bombay Summer as Suneeta, Shabd as Rajni, Just Married as Ananya, Jo Dooba So Paar: It’s Love in Bihar! as Gulabo, Baga Beach as Maggie and Kill the Rapist? and currently playing role of Rajmata in Indian popular television show Rangrasiya as Thakurain Mala.

Career: – Sadiya has done television serial Humrahi as child bride, Byomkesh Bakshi as Ragini, Guns & Roses as Angie, Sapna Babul Ki Bidaai as Parul’s dance teacher, Saathi Re as Shalaka, Saath Phere as Gayatri, Balika Vadhu as Sandhya, Sasural Genda Phool as Radha, Hum as Phulwa and currently playing role of Rajmata in Indian popular television show Rangrasiya and her most films, Raghu Romeo and film Shabd as Rajini.

Achint Kaur 

She is an Indian television actress who comes from a Sikh and Punjabi background and is best known for playing the antagonists Mandira and Pallavi in Ekta Kapoor’s Indian soap operas Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi and Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii, respectively, on Star Plus. Now she is seen playing a mother and a mother-in-law in the serial Jamai Raja.

She started her career with Zee TV’s popular show Banegi Apni Baat in 1994 and worked in Swabhimaan in 1995 in which she played the role of ‘Soha’

Besides working in some of the popular drama series, she has also played many roles in Bollywood movies, such as Om Jai JagadishCorporate & Julie. She has also won numerous awards for her strong character driven roles. These include the ITA Award for “Best Actress in Supporting Role” for her series Virrudh. As of 2008, she is working in Zee TV’s Punjabi/Gujarati theme serial Jamai Raja (TV series)

She is a theatre actress and appeared in the play “Two to Tango, Three to Jive”. Kaur has also acted in a few Pakistani television serials.

Preeti Mamgain:

Preeti Mamgain is a Bollywood and theatre actress, known for Barfi! (2012), Luck by Chance (2009) and Hero (2015).

Preeti Mamgain, the writer cum actor who has been part of serials like Banegi Apni Baat, Saans, Kanyadaan, Waaris, Haadsaa, Left Right Left, Kitty Party and many more.

The lady who has served as a writer for many popular serials starting from Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahin, Jab Love Hua, Saara Akaash, Ek Chutki Aasmaan, Phir Subah Hogi to name a few. She has been part of Saurabh Shukla’s play ‘Two to Tango, Three to Jive’ from last few years.
